I found it difficult to keep myself focused on the bigger picture. One night I woke with a headache.

Breathe deeply and know that everything that is happening as you can see it is just as it is needing to be in this moment, at this time on earth. You already know this, but when you see something that is deeply troubling or disappointing, again you lose your hope, your faith for a while. Know it. Know that all is as it needs to be. You cannot see the largest view and can only know that all is well. There is always change – like the ripples on the surface of the pond. And sometimes there is an intrusion into the calm of the pond that is frightening; turbulent; even devastating. But under all the surface alteration is a deep and knowing calm, a truth – and it will prevail. And in the days to come you will know that truth. So for now – just breathe into it and allow it to transform as it will. Isn’t life just like a wild ride? Remember when you wrote about Mr toad’s wild ride at Disneyland? ? Sometimes it is just like that – all the sudden turns, the blockades and threatened catastrophes and then the blocked doors and signs that pop up in front of you. And yet the vehicle – you – keeps moving along on the track in the direction you are meant to travel. Trust your vehicle – you. All is well and you are safe. …….You ask how I am? I am abundant. I am filled with the love and the hope and the joy of existence beyond earth and beyond the confines of a body on earth. I see the radiance and connection as all that there is – and can only let you know that it is nearly impossible to explain. There is no limit to the extent of us here. We have no bodies unless we are made to imagine ourselves with bodies – so we are limitless. But our memories and connections to those souls on earth that we know so well remain – so we can offer direction and help. But here is continual love and growth. I am very well because I am pure spirit.

………You ask when you will join me here? You cannot know and it is no use for you to know. The time and the date mean nothing. You have already joined me as you are right now – communicating in the night. And there are so many times when your soul soars away from the confines of earth and dances here with me. More and more you see that your soul is free and that is the best way to live on earth. The timing of your death, your body death is perfectly planned and known – but you have already made your transition in spirit by knowing you are not confined. That is the greatest secret. Realizing that the transition can precede death. You already have – and there are times when you know it and feel it. And at those times, we are together.

I felt an incredible feeling of pure love. I couldn’t feel his arms, but I felt our connection and it was really strong and so present. Intense. Deep. What a great feeling I had! And – when it finished, I had no headache. No pain.

I understood in that moment that I had made the transition from one side of the line to the other and had not yet passed over through body death. This is where I want to remain as often as I can.
