Not sure what woke me tonight – but I felt Frank. I feel him close – still wanting to be close to me. Sometimes I doubt myself, especially writing this book. I wonder, does anyone even think about consciousness? It is not a word that intrigues many people I think. In my mind I asked the question. What do you think Frank?

Well, consciousness is a big word. Way way back I was interested in the word because Raphael used it – “you are to be conscious”. So the obvious question is. What does it mean to ‘be conscious’? Consciousness to me is a state of being that is accepting and guided by understanding that we are all one. So much of life on earth is concerned with how separate we are from each other, from the natural world, from the animals – and consciousness unites us. But we retain our individuality as part of the whole – and that is the beauty of coming to understand it. You are uniquely a piece of the whole. During my life on earth I so often saw myself outside of the whole – I didn’t fit. I didn’t measure up. My sensitivity about seeing the ways I was unique made me interpret it as separateness. I was wrong. It is precisely the unique attribute that creates the dazzling unity. The message Raphael gave you was profound. He could have said, ‘you are to be unique’ or ‘you are to be wonderful’ or ‘you are to be famous’. Instead – he said, ‘you are to be conscious’ – and the simple words started your journey to find out what it meant. Now, teaching your beautiful class of 8 unique women lets you see it. Every person is truly unique and essential. No one is best or standing out from the others – but the dazzling beauty of the group is only possible because of the unique contribution of each person, each soul. Here it is so obvious. As I participate in discussions and learn more about this incredible inclusion, I see the conscious universe – the all knowing and most respectful contribution of each soul here. It is extraordinary – and you see exactly how it is on earth in so many ways, yet you don’t know that you are witnessing the conscious universe. It is seeing every speck as the whole. Nothing is insignificant. No one is insignificant. No animal is insignificant. No interaction is insignificant. The sparkling jewels that you see out side your house at night in the city below are each important to the whole – and that is the universal message. . and now – the next perception is that each is both separate and a part of the whole consciousness.

I now see consciousness as unparticular love. Truly a love that does not single itself out to make itself separate. Of course you and I hold close our love relationship, our deep commitment to each other – but instead of that unique bond making us be separate, it is the pattern for us to extend to beyond – to everyone. So many are becoming conscious now – it is quite beautiful to witness from here. But it takes active vigilance because our innate earthly Egos want us to remain separate, at worst indispensable and at best all important. Consciousness sees the dazzling beauty of the individual as part of the whole creating a vibrant whole.

Here there is no day or night though we can create using our focused powers a kind of stage set of anything we choose – a café under a starry night or a silent retreat in a lush woodland. But the most important thing here is to communicate and figure out ways to help those on earth as they – you – progress. It is happening through inspiration An inspired soul is a vibrant soul, a conscious soul… and it is happening. In essence now, I am part of a conscious effort to create consciousness on earth. You are one of the teachers – teaching what you are learning, what you know. Ah what a great endeavor.   I have no idea how long I will be in communication with you, dear Jan – but I do know that my presence in your life is so very important for us both and for the greater consciousness. Your growth and understanding is also helpful here. It is all so very good..

I miss our life together on earth. It was much sweeter than we even knew.
